This is a drawing of one of my favorite OC's on dA...Firebird, by *candlegirl. I drew this for a couple of reasons, first was because I lost my first drawing. Second was because I was so disappointed with how I failed to draw Firebird the first time around, that its been pissing me off ever since. I didn't set out to blow anyone's mind away with a crazy dynamic pose here (clearly), I just wanted to establish a design that meshes with my personal style, to prove to myself that it WAS possible. I am content with this. If I were to draw her again, it would be better...cause I can see that I nit pick on details that aren't meant to be super defined. I just gotta stop thinking so much about stuff...

I think that Firebird and Lumiere have an unspoken understanding. Firebird has been "torturing" him for some years now and its pretty obvious he's liking it (she must know it too). I never see him really fighting back...I do however see her getting a taste of her own medicine from time to time. It can't be that bad cause she keeps dishing it out. I'm still thinking of what caption to put...
