It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

groan. It's supposed to Pour rain tomorrow. Like, torrential downpour of water. And my boots leak. :( And it's cold. And there are wolves outside. And and and...

I get home and have something like 3 hours before I go to bed.

So I'm still MIA.

I got my first pay check though. Paid some bills off. Going to start climbing out of debt now. Tooth and nail.

Give me a llama please. I want the wizard llama. I'm trying to get there the free way, without using points. Using points would just be lame. Points are saved for a future sub.

I just went out for a ride on a borrowed quad, I was wearing a lite coat and sweat pants and was actually warm... at night! (+10) It was cold and miserable all spring and summer, and now that it's winter... it's freaking warm??

Not that I am complaining, it's just weird.

Have you noticed that almost everyone who advertises for donations of points on their pages saying they are for giving out and for contests actually use those points to buy llamas? (that seems dirty to me)

Yes, I have noticed that actually. Alot of these people have used their points to buy all the pieces of the cake so they have the fancy icon. I'm saving mine for a sub.

OMG, the cake is even worse then the llama...

I`m saving mine for something from the store, like a $5 set of stickers, or a $3 keychain... the keychain is like 300 points, and shipping is like 15000... :dead:
